The rows in the table that decide whether this is the right switch for you.
Turvo's published minimum is $5,000 per month — that's the floor, not the ceiling. Setup fees, training, and data migration are additional costs layered on top. For a freight brokerage still building its book of business, that's a six-figure annual commitment before you've proven the model. HatchOS prices per seat with no setup fees, no data migration charge, and no annual contract. You pay for what you use.

Multiple G2 and Capterra reviewers cite 1+ year onboarding timelines with Turvo. Turvo's own customer case study describes a 6–8 week mandatory training program. HatchOS deploys in 14 days through a concierge-led process. Your carriers, customers, and load history move over while your team keeps running ops. The migration doesn't require you to pause your brokerage.

Turvo's AI story is a patchwork of third-party integrations — Vooma handles email quoting, Augment provides the AI automation layer, Highway handles carrier identity. Each is a separate vendor, a separate contract, and a separate point of failure. HatchOS ships AI employees as a native layer: six defined roles (dispatch, carrier management, compliance, etc.) that run inside the same system where your loads live. No integration work required.
Turvo does not offer white-label. Your customers and sub-agents see the Turvo interface and brand. If you're building a branded freight operation — whether as a 3PL, an agency model, or a branded sub-agent network — Turvo keeps your brand out of the equation. HatchOS supports full white-label: your logo, your domain, your brand inside the platform.
Freight brokerages using an agent model — where independent agents bring in freight under your authority — need commission automation. Turvo doesn't natively handle this. HatchOS auto-calculates agent commissions per load based on configurable split rules, gives agents real-time visibility into their own earnings, and lets managers override on a per-load basis.
