The platform is live at Hatchway Transportation Group (HTG), a real freight brokerage running real shipments in production. Every feature has been pressure-tested in daily operations.

Our mission: Put 500+ logistics professionals in brokerage ownership by 2028. Give them the tools to compete on dispatch speed, carrier quality, and financial discipline — not just who has the biggest IT budget.

The team

Freight industry operator and platform builder. Built HatchOS from the ground up in 65 days, starting with Hatchway Transportation Group as the proving ground. The goal: give freight professionals the operational infrastructure to compete without enterprise pricing or enterprise gatekeepers.

HTG: Our anchor customer

Hatchway Transportation Group (HTG) was the first brokerage to run on HatchOS. They were involved from the earliest design decisions and have run every feature in real operations before it shipped to other tenants.

Built for the gap

The freight brokerage software market has two tiers:

  • Enterprise TMS (Turvo, McLeod, Transporeon)
    For 50-seat+ operations with IT budgets. Problem: $50K+/year — out of reach for SMB
  • Lightweight tools (AscendTMS, Aljex)
    For simple dispatch. Problem: No financial layer, no AI, no multi-DBA

Invoicing, Stripe payments, carrier settlements, and the commission engine shipped. CFO financial dashboard live.
2024 — Q3
AI Workforce & Compliance
AI employees (Hatch, Dash, Mark, Lena, Rex, Shield, Knox) deployed. Carrier compliance, scorecard, and load board integrations live.
2024 — Q4
Multi-Tenant & Scale
Multi-tenant architecture, multi-brand DBA support, 6-level RBAC, office hierarchy, and agent isolation shipped. Platform ready for external customers.
2025 — Q1
Document Center, Training & 3PL
Document template center, 23-module agent training system, and 3PL warehouse module launched. Email client with M365 OAuth shipped.
2026
Public Platform Launch
HatchOS opens to external freight brokerages. Self-serve signup, onboarding wizard, and marketing site go live. First production customer: Hatchway Trade Group.
