The 30-day migration playbook

Four weeks. No pause. Your team keeps dispatching the entire time.

Week 1 Day 1–7

Discovery + MercuryGate Data Export

  • Discovery call with our concierge team — we walk your current MercuryGate setup end-to-end and confirm exactly what we're moving (carriers, customers, agents, active loads).
  • Pull MercuryGate carrier + customer + load exports from your MercuryGate admin. If exports are gated behind your MercuryGate power-user role, our team mirrors the import profile on a screen-share.
  • You get a written migration plan with a fixed timeline and the names of the engineers on our team who own your move.
Week 2 Day 8–14

Tenant Provisioning + User Import

  • We provision your HatchOS tenant and import carriers, customers, and agent accounts from your MercuryGate export.
  • Your seat logins go out — agents receive magic-link invites, no password reset.
  • Office and brand hierarchy is wired up exactly the way you had it set up under MercuryGate's organizational units.
Week 3 Day 15–21

Parallel Run

  • You keep dispatching in MercuryGate the whole week while your HatchOS tenant is populated and validated against live loads.
  • Two daily check-ins (morning + afternoon) with your dedicated migration engineer — anything that doesn't look right gets fixed in real time.
  • Shield runs an FMCSA authority check on every imported MercuryGate carrier so you start HatchOS with a clean compliance baseline.
Week 4 Day 22–30

Cutover + Infios Rebrand Hand-Off

  • Scheduled cutover event — typically a Wednesday morning when load volume is lightest. "HatchOS day one" email + Slack goes out to your team and to MercuryGate's migration contact.
  • We stay on for the full first week post-cutover. If anything breaks, your engineer responds within an hour.
  • Historical load data is queryable in HatchOS for audit and customer-billing purposes from day one — and your team is off the Infios rebrand risk completely.

What you’ll keep, what we’ll move

Nobody loses their book because they switched TMS.

Loads (CSV)

Active and historical loads import with their rates, lanes, and reference numbers. Import profile ships with the platform — zero column mapping on your end.

Carriers (CSV)

MC#, DOT#, contact info, W-9, and insurance certificates move over. Shield runs an automated FMCSA authority check on every imported carrier.

Customers / Shippers (CSV)

Per-customer rate agreements, contact, billing terms — preserved as historical record and ready for first-load invoicing on HatchOS day one.

Agents (CSV)

Roles, commission splits, contact info — preserved. Magic-link invites go out so agents don’t reset passwords.

Free white-glove (5+ seats)

Teams with 5+ seats get a dedicated migration engineer, daily check-ins through Week 3, and on-call support through Week 4’s cutover.

SLA

Cutover is a scheduled event you control — never a forced blackout. If something breaks post-cutover, response is under an hour. Read the security summary for compliance detail.

What HatchOS ships vs what MercuryGate ships

The 10 things MercuryGate users actually use daily. Honest — we mark “no” where HatchOS doesn’t claim parity.

Capability MercuryGate HatchOS ✦
Dispatch board with tender intake
Identical workflow — tender board, assigned-agent view, lane filters.
Rate-confirmation PDFs
Native generation with branded carrier + shipper letterhead.
Agent commission automation
MercuryGate was built for shippers. Auto-calc per load + period close only ships in HatchOS.
Native AI employees (6 roles)
Not a bolt-on. Dash (carrier sales), Mark (marketing), Lena (CFO), Rex (rates), Shield (compliance), Knox (carrier relations).
AI assistant for ops questions
Hatch AI works across every module — answers, drafts, summarizes load history inline.
FMCSA authority check every carrier
HatchOS runs Shield real-time on every engagement without a separate vendor contract.
White-label platform
Your logo, your domain. MercuryGate white-label is enterprise-only and not publicly offered.
Real agent isolation (data-level)
HatchOS enforces isolation at the database layer. MercuryGate requires significant configuration.
Commission period close + margin lock
Closing a period locks all included commissions — a real financial control MercuryGate does not offer.
Pricing model
MercuryGate published: $500/user/mo + $5K–$50K implementation. HatchOS: $199/seat, no setup fees.
From the founder
“I spent 14 years paying invoices I couldn’t justify — Turvo, then MercuryGate. I built HatchOS so the next brokerage wouldn’t have to.”
