MercuryGate was built for shippers, not agent-model brokerages. HatchOS is built for how you operate — and we move your data in 30 days.

Comment-helps-you-estimate: typical MercuryGate spend is $3,500–$5,000/mo enterprise + $5K–$50K implementation. We only capture anonymous, hashed demand signals on submit.
Four weeks. No pause. Your team keeps dispatching the entire time.
Nobody loses their book because they switched TMS.
Active and historical loads import with their rates, lanes, and reference numbers. Import profile ships with the platform — zero column mapping on your end.
MC#, DOT#, contact info, W-9, and insurance certificates move over. Shield runs an automated FMCSA authority check on every imported carrier.
Per-customer rate agreements, contact, billing terms — preserved as historical record and ready for first-load invoicing on HatchOS day one.
Roles, commission splits, contact info — preserved. Magic-link invites go out so agents don’t reset passwords.
Teams with 5+ seats get a dedicated migration engineer, daily check-ins through Week 3, and on-call support through Week 4’s cutover.
Cutover is a scheduled event you control — never a forced blackout. If something breaks post-cutover, response is under an hour. Read the security summary for compliance detail.
The 10 things MercuryGate users actually use daily. Honest — we mark “no” where HatchOS doesn’t claim parity.

“I spent 14 years paying invoices I couldn’t justify — Turvo, then MercuryGate. I built HatchOS so the next brokerage wouldn’t have to.”Robert Jarrett · Founder & CEO, HatchOS (RL Jarrett & Associates)
The most common questions from brokerages that have switched off MercuryGate.
MercuryGate supports CSV/XLSX exports of carriers, customers, and orders via the admin Reports surface. Our concierge team tells you exactly which reports to run on the discovery call. If exports are gated behind your MercuryGate power-user role, we step through the UI with you on a screen-share during Week 1.
No. HatchOS deploys in parallel with MercuryGate — your team keeps dispatching in MercuryGate while HatchOS is populated and validated. The Week 4 cutover is a scheduled event you control, typically when load volume is lightest. There is no forced blackout window.
No. HatchOS supports EDI 204, 214, 990, and 210 — the same set MercuryGate supports. Existing EDI carrier relationships transfer to HatchOS without renegotiation. Our integration team validates EDI mappings end-to-end during Week 3's parallel run.
MercuryGate is now owned by Körber and is actively rebranding to Infios — product roadmap, support team, and pricing are in transition. Switching to HatchOS eliminates the rebrand risk entirely: HatchOS is independently operated with a direct product↔customer relationship. By the end of Week 4 your team has zero exposure to the Infios transition.
MercuryGate was designed for shippers, not agent-model brokerages — commission automation is not a core feature. HatchOS auto-calculates per-load commissions, manages named split contracts (multi-agent assignments), closes periods with one click, and locks margin on close. Most brokerages recover their setup-fee equivalent in the first month from commission accuracy alone.
Nothing changes contractually — you keep paying MercuryGate through the end of your current term while HatchOS runs alongside it. Many brokerages switch with 60–90 days left on a MercuryGate contract so they don't pay for two systems in parallel. We plan the cutover around your renewal date.
MercuryGate published pricing is $450–$500/user per month plus $5K–$50K one-time implementation. At 15 seats that is roughly $6,750/mo plus a $25K+ first-year setup bill. HatchOS is $199/seat per month with no setup fees, no annual lock-in, and no implementation surcharge. At 15 seats that is $2,985/mo — under $36K first-year total.
Start the trial — keep dispatching on MercuryGate while we run parallel. The cutover is yours to schedule.
No setup fees · No contracts · Month-to-month from day oneIf your team is on a different legacy platform, the migration playbook ships the same way.
