Upload your logo, set your brand colors, choose your domain. The tenant admin walks you through it. Takes 20–30 minutes. We provision your Neon database partition, enable your custom subdomain, and issue the SSL certificate automatically.

The Website section in the tenant admin gives you a page editor for each of the six template pages. Fill in your content — services, about copy, contact details, service lanes. No code. No CMS login. No designer. Preview live before publishing.

Point your DNS
Add a CNAME record pointing yourdomain.com to our infrastructure. SSL provisions within minutes via Cloudflare. Your public site and operations platform are live under your domain.

How the public website is stored

The website template kit is backed by a per-tenant data model. Each page is independently editable. Content is brand-aware and renders with your live brand colors and logo. Custom domains resolve through the existing subdomain infrastructure.

Implementation scope: ~2 sprints. Migration adds two tables. Brand rendering reuses the existing brand system. Custom domain wiring reuses the subdomain middleware already in production for HTG.

Common questions

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Add a CNAME record from your domain to our infrastructure. SSL provisions automatically via Cloudflare. Both the public website and the operations platform run under your domain — no hatchos.polsia.app anywhere in the URL.
Do I need to hire a developer to set up the website?
No. The tenant admin includes a page editor for each of the six template pages. You fill in your content — no code, no CMS login, no designer. Preview before publishing. If you want a fully custom design beyond the template kit, that's a separate engagement — contact us.
What if I want more than 6 pages on my public site?
The 6-page template kit covers what most freight brokerages need at launch. Additional pages and custom layouts are on the roadmap. If you need something specific now, reach out — we'll scope it as a custom engagement.
Can I white-label the platform for my clients (reseller)?
Yes. Enterprise tier supports unlimited sub-tenants, each with their own brand, users, and (optionally) their own subdomain and public website. This is the multi-tenant provisioning model — used today for the HTG production deployment.
Is there a setup fee?
No. White-Label has no onboarding fee, no implementation fee, and no website setup fee. Monthly subscription only. Volume discounts available for 50+ seats.
How long does it take to go live?
Brand configuration takes 20–30 minutes. DNS propagation takes up to 24 hours (usually under 1 hour). Website content configuration takes 1–2 hours depending on how much copy you have ready. Most tenants are fully live within a week of signing.
